For those arriving by train at the Florence Santa Maria Novella Station (S.M.N.):
The distance between Florence S.M.N. station and the conference venue (Via San Gallo, 25) is approximately 1 km (about a ten minute walk).

For those arriving by plane at the Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" Airport:
At the Florence Airport, there is a surface metro stop (Line T2, "Peretola-Aeroporto" stop) that allows to reach the S.M.N. train station ("Unità" stop) in about 20 minutes.
